1) Historiography of the study of the Czech baroque painting 2) Painting at the court of Rudolph II: artists and collections 3) Mural painting in the Valdstein Palace in Prague (Domenico Pugliani, Baccio del Bianco) 4) Karel Škréta: Škréta´s Italian journey 5) Mural painting after 1648: G. Vanetti, F. V. Harovník, C. Tencalla, G. Tencalla, G. Bragalli, F. Marchetti, A. Godyn 6) Painting from the death of K. Škréta to the high Baroque painting (J. J. Heinsch, Stevens ze Steinfelsu) 7) Artists from the Ticino-Lombardo Lakes region in Moravia 8) Bishop of Olomouc Karel II. z Lichtensteinu-Castelcorna and his painters (F. Abbiati, M. A. Lublinský, C. Tencalla, G. Tencalla, G. Bragalli, G. Carlone, P. Pagani) 9) Excursion: Pictorial collection of Olomouc bishops and archbishops and its history

Learning outcomes
Lectures and seminars are devoted to the types and changes of painting in Bohemia and Moravia since 1600 to about 1760.
The knowledge of the types and changes of painting in its main centers in Bohemia and Moravia in the 17th and 18th century.
The finished first three semesters of the bachelor degree of the History of Art.
