Course content
1. Measurement of characteristics of the bipolar transistor 2. Measurement of characteristics of the unipolar transistor 3. Determination of charge at the switching of MOSFET transistors 4. Parallel connections of high power MOSFET transistors 5. Special applications of operational amplifiers 6. Differential amplifier with operational amplifiers 7. Sampling amplifier with operational amplifiers and JFET and MOSFET transistors 8. Synthetic inductance with operational amplifiers 9. Measurement of characteristics of the optron 10.Crystal oscillator with TTL and CMOS circuit 11.Crystal oscillator in the regime of higher harmonics 12.Freely oscillating avalanche generator

The aim of the completion of the course is to gain the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to the design and measurement of electronic circuits.
