Key learning outcomes The master's degree program in cultural anthropology is aimed at equipping students with abilities to evaluate and interpret the obtained knowledge and deal with complex social, scientific and ethical issues in contemporary societies. It also aims at the ability to carry out independent field research, including utilization of a range of theoretical and methodological approaches to the discipline, as well as in an interdisciplinary perspective.

Occupational profiles of graduates with examples Graduates acquire advanced knowledge and skills in the field of cultural anthropology; they have detailed knowledge of anthropological theories and methods. Graduates have deep knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and they are able to apply the knowledge in their scientific work. Graduates are able to define practical or theoretical topic in the field of cultural anthropology. They are able to select and apply specific research tools in the solution of the selected topic. Graduates are able to integrate the approach of constitutive anthropological sub-disciplines (social, cultural, physical, philosophical and historic anthropology). Graduates are able to plan and carry out a research project in the field of cultural anthropology. They are able to specify research problems and hypothesis and they are able to apply their deep knowledge of research methods and theories in the solution of selected topics.
