Key learning outcomes The aim of the programme International Development Studies is to prepare experts in the field of development policy and practice. Graduates will acquire competencies and skills essential for work in governmental agencies and non-governmental organizations in the Czech Republic as well as in international organizations. Students will be able to assert themselves within academic and other research institutions or think-tanks. The learning objective of the programme is to provide students with solid knowledge in a wide range of development issues and methodological skills as a base for context specific analysis of development opportunities and threats of respective geographical regions.
