Key learning outcomes This programme aims at deepening theoretical knowledge, attention is paid to the evolution of language and literature with the objective to understand the regularities of this process and also the current state of both fields. By working with various texts specialised in literature or language, students are taught to apply various analytical methods and their interpretation skills are broadened. Courses of economic disciplines are regularly taught by academic employees from the partner university as well as by Czech and French company representatives. The study programme also consists of obligatory subjects that students must choose from. These are designed to broaden the students' language and specialised competences and to strengthen their professional qualifications necessary for the future career. Based on the agreement with the University in Clermont Auvergne, students have the chance to study in the double degree mode and therefore get a diploma both at the home and foreign university. This will make them attractive in the current job market both at home and abroad.

Profile of the programme academical
Occupational profiles of graduates with examples The graduates are able to summarize information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a coherent presentation. He or she can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating fine nuances of meaning even in more complex situations. His/her specialization is according to his/her choice in specialized terminology from the field of: Management, Marketing, Finance, Law, International Trade, Human Resources. At the end of his/her study the level of language proficiency should reach the level C2 of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Reaching this level, the student completes his/her complex linguistic development, which is rigorously scheduled for the whole duration of his/her studies. The graduates may work as assistants in companies and cultural organizations, travel agencies, companies with a French participation, Czech companies operating in the French market etc. The students are motived to
