Learning outcomes
The course aims to acquaint students with basic and advanced principles of time management, an effective system of time usage, time-related stress factors, time thieves and with modern organizational methods. A system of advanced goal and activity planning is also an important part of the course.
After the course students will be able to orient themselves in basic and advanced time management methods and organize their time more effectively. At the same time, they will be able to make better plans for their activities in different time horizons, correctly identify their priorities and use the principles of delegating.

Knowledge of English language at least equal to B1 level is required. To pass the course successfully, it is necessary to pass the final exam which will test knowledge covered in the course
