agnostic of haemostatic abnormalities is based on adequate assessment of anamnesis, clinical state and evaluation of laboratory test results. Haemostatic abnormalities comprise both primary and many secondary states resulting from comorbidity, treatment or presence of acute condition. Precondition for successful differential diagnostics of disease in many medical branches is accurate indication of laboratory tests and its adequate interpretation. Discussed themes cover conditions with bleeding risk and also with risk of thromboembolic complications. The aim of the topic is to discuss possibilities in laboratory test using and most frequent abnormal findings in hemocoagulation tests. Some model situation will be demonstrated on case reports. Knowledge necessary in routine practice is highlighted. The course is recommended for students interested in internal or practical medicine and also in surgery.

To acquaint students with rational indications of haemocoagulation assessments and interpretation of results focused on its clinical significance. The course is oriented on clinically important problems in diagnosis of thrombophilic and bleeding states and differential diagnosis of abnormal findings. Discussed theme represents a multidisciplinary problem, it covers internal and surgical medical branches, obstetrics and gynecology, neurology and dentistry as well. The topic is demonstrated on case reports.
Improvement in orientation about ways and means in using of haemocoagulation methods in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of bleeding and thrombophilic states of primary and secondary etiology. Acquirement of skills in evaluation of clinically significance of abnormal haemocoagulation findings in routine clinical practice.
