Course content
Integrated approaches to teaching and training sports games. These approaches are based on faster development of game activities and game situations, progressive transition of learning in less variable conditions towards more variable practical conditions. An approach based on gradual integration of the cognitive and physical activity component of game performance. An approach based on understanding the allosteric learning model in the area of sports games.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to present to the students educational and didactic approaches to teaching and training sports games including related mental, social and health aspects. Throughout the course the students learn about the issue of development of sports game programmes and pedagogical diagnostics and analysis. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
Upon completion of the course the student: - Is able to describe, explain and apply teaching approaches based on unstructured teaching of sports games, - Is knowledgeable about teaching approaches based on gradual integration of the cognitive and physical activity component of game performance, - Is knowledgeable about teaching approaches based on understanding and allosteric learning model in the area of sports games.
