Course content
1. Cell physiology; 2. Physiology of body fluids, blood physiology; 3. Physiology of cardiac and vascular activity; 4. Physiology of locomotion; 5. Respiratory physiology; 6. Physiology of nutrition.

Learning outcomes
Physiology based on previous knowledge of anatomy, biology, chemistry and physics. The aim of the course is to give an overview of the functions of the organism as a whole and its individual systems from the molecular to the organ level. Key for understanding from the students know the basic structural and morphological patterns of the human body.
The student after the course should be able to explain the principles of operation of all systems of the human organism and governance mechanisms.
Prerequisites
Essential knowledge of human anatomy. Works with PC, internet connection.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Seminar Work

Active participation in tutorials; written work on a selected topic from physiology (with citation of at least one foreign author - translation from a world language), in range of 3-5 pages in A4 format.
