Course content
1. The safety system of the Czech Republic (structure, function, mission). Current security threats. Czech membership in the UN, the EU and NATO. Legislative standards. 2. Emergencies (explanation of terms, classification, basic characteristics emergencies - natural causes, accident, anthropogenic emergencies). 3. Conduct in case of emergency. Evacuation. Warning signals. Ways of warning and informing the population. 4. Principles of human behavior when an emergency. Behavior in an emergency - earthquakes, landslides, strong winds, floods, fires, radiation accidents, spills, suspicious behavior when receiving mail and behavior of anonymous bomb like. 5. Protection of man for emergencies. Evacuation luggage, personal protection, psychosocial support. 6. Integrated Rescue System - its components and functions. Seventh emergency lines. 8th Crisis Management. Crisis situations, crisis situations. Emergency management authorities. 9. Fire Prevention. Fires and legal standards, basic charkateristika fires, fire prevention, behavior of fire. Use extinguishers. 10. Traffic Education. Principles of moving people and groups of people during emergencies. 11. Traffic Education. The behavior of people in poor visibility, the behavior of persons in the event of an accident.

Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Demonstration, Training in job and motor Skils

Learning outcomes
The course has a theoretically-practical concept. Students are introduced to emergency and crisis situations and the possibilities of coping with them. Students will clarify the structure and function of the security system in the Czech Republic. Students will learn about emergencies and critical situations that can occur anytime , anywhere and can be life-threatening and health obvyvatel. Students will become familiar with current legislation, the basic tasks of protection of the population , with the organization during the incident learn to use personal protection and fire přítroje , first aid , etc. Students will clarify the methods and principles of conduct in the incident will be clarified basic principles in moving people and in case of an accident . On the basis of theoretical knowledge and practical skills , students will be able to adequately respond to emergencies and will be able to protect themselves and their foster children.
1. Students will be able to characterize the different types of emergencies. 2. Student will be able to recognize the warning signs, organize evacuation in case of emergency events and to inform the IRS components. 3. Students will know the principles of behavior of the incident. 4. Student will be able to use means of improvised protection. 5. Student will be able to use fire extinguishers 6. Students will know the principles at the time of transfer of the incident. 7. Student will be able to provide first aid.
Prerequisites
Theoretical knowledges of first aid.

Assessment methods and criteria
Didactic Test, Seminar Work

1. Active participation in the seminar (compulsory attendance of 90%). 2. Processing seminar work.
