Course content
- Selected application of basic nanostructures (nanoparticles, nanowires, nanotubes, fullerens, dendrimers, ets.). - Nanoelectronics (selected parts, architectures, technologies) - Microsystem and nanosystem technologies (MEMS, NEMS, nanosensors, nanoactuators, nanofluidics), molecular machines

Learning outcomes
Students deepen their application findings obtained in the framework of the course 'Basics of nanotechnology', especially in the field of complex applications, e.g. nanoelectronics.
