Course content
Course provides information on selected hydrologic events and processes in the oceans, for example: ocean currents, chemical and physical characteristics of sea water, waves and tides. The seminar is also devoted to regional hydrology of oceans and to ocean conservation and pollution.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to introduce students into the study of world ocean.
Explain issues of world ocean, deepen active knowledge.
