This subject is consequential to elective subject French language in law I., taught in the winter term. Students have a chance to become familiar not just with the theory of EU law, but also current events in Europe. This subject informs the students about history and functioning of EC and EU, their particular institutions and European protection of human rights.
Students who have completed this subject gain knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology from the European Union law and the European Community law and are able to discuss topics from these areas of law.
Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject NFEU1.
|Assessment methods and criteria|
In order to get the credit it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
