Course content
Seminar topics: INTRODUCTION TO ENVIRONMENTAL LAW THE REGULATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AIR POLLUTION AND AIR QUALITY CONTAMINATED LAND AND ENVIRONMENTAL LIABILITY WATER POLLUTION AND WATER QUALITY

Learning outcomes
In the sixth term the students further improve the use of legal and specific administrative terms, orientation in authentic texts and documents with generally legal and administrative topics. They try to understand spoken and written professional speeches and discuss about them.
Students who have completed this subject will deepen knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology and they will become familiar with Anglo-American legal system. Students are able to discuss topics on administrative law in English.
Prerequisites
Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject CJB5A.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

In order to get the credit and the exam it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
