Zákonodárná moc - Gesetzgebende Gewalt 5. Zákonodárný proces - Gesetzgebungsverfahren 6. Český zákonodárný proces - Das tschechische Gesetzgebungsverfahren 7. Výkonná moc - Vollziehende Gewalt 8. Správa - Die Verwaltung 9. Soudní moc - Rechtsprechende Gewalt 10. Spolkový ústavní soud - Das Bundesverfassungsgericht 11. Základní práva - Grundrechte 12. Ochrana základních práv - Schutz der Grundrechte, Fall Muslimischer Metzger

Learning outcomes
The aim of these lessons is to introduce the basic legal terminology and teach students to orientate themselves with foreign legal texts.
Students who have completed this subject will deepen knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology and will become familiar with german legal system.
Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject N2NJ1.

Student performance

In order to get the credit it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
