Course content

Remuneration systems management. 6. Staff training and development. Approaches, methods. 7. Workers deployment. 8. Outplacement. 9. Employee benefits, welfare services. 10. Employee - employer relation, negotiation and bargaining. 11. Basic differences in Western and Eastern human capital management 12. Human resource management perspectives. 13. Students project and defenses.

Credit: E-learning system Moodle is used as a educational tool. Attendance 75% and tasks fulfillment is required. The project Human resource management in a small company is elaborated during the course (second part). The projects are presented and defended. The projects are presented and defended. The student proves complex orientation in HRM processes (MLZ 2) during the final discussion. Exam: The exam objects are the MLZ1 and MLZ2 topics. The exam form is written essay. A given small company HRM topic will be solved in the essay. The exam evaluation fully depends up the essay quality. The students log in Moodle according to guidelines at http://www.kae.cz/moodle-navod/
