Course content
1. The foundations, concepts, and levels of management. 2. The profile of a manager. General principles of managerial work. The manners of managers. 3. Managerial decision making. Processes and problems of decision making. Decision making under risk and uncertainty. 4. The planning. The routine of making plans. The classification of plans. Managing of implementation I. 5. Managing of implementation II. 6. The controlling. Concepts of control. Designing control systems in organization. 7. Managing people. The scope of managing people. Personal activities. 8. The communication. The principles of successful communication. Designing communication systems inside of organization. 9. The organization. The organization structure. The forms of organizations. 10. Project management. The risks of projects. 11. Company management. Tools for creating, regulating and evaluating the level of company management. 12. The history of management.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
