Strategic management - methods and techniques (benchmarking, BCG matrix, SWOT analysis) 6. Strategic management - methods and techniques (SPACE, PEST, Balanced Scorecard, VRIO) 7. Strategic cycle. 8. Business plan. 9. Process management. 10. Knowledge management. 11. Risk management 12. Company identity.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
