Learning outcomes
The main goal of the course is to prepare students on managing high school students in a chosen project from the field of mathematics and its applications that should motivate them to study mathematics (applied mathematics) at our faculty (but also on other faculties of similar orientation). It is supposed that the project will be thematically oriented according to bakelor/diploma thesis of the students. The outcome will be presentation of the project by high school students on the Badatel project conference, eventually as a competition work of Středoškolská odborná činnost. There are no special prerequisities for this course, however, an interest in work with young talents on high schools is required. A practical contribution for students should be (in addition to didactical aspects) to learn practical management and motivation of human resources.
Application Apply knowledge, obtained from preparing bachelor/master thesis, in managing project of high school students.
Without prior requirements.
