Course content
1. Czech legal system, legal regulation and its hierarchy, legal force of regulation. 2. Publication of legal acts. 3. Constitution of The Czech Republic, Czech Bill of Rigths and other international documents involving human rights. 4. Constitutional court CR and European Court of Human Rights. 5. Courts, Judge, Prosecutor, Legal attorney, Executor, Notary. 6. Civil law: Legal act, contracts, legal relationship subjects, ownership, divided co-ownership, marital ownership, heritage law. 7. Labor law: Labor law relationship subjects, rights and duties of employee and employer, wages and salary, termination of employment. 8. Commercial law: Enterprise and enterpriser, firm name and domicile, register of companies, economic competition, unfair competition, companies.

To know Czech legal rules and laws; civil law, labour law and business law

Assessment methods and criteria
Dialog, Seminar Work

Colloquium: Attend an action in court (civil or criminal) and write a brief record describing this action - a sheet of the format A4 - including comments of the student. Knowledge and understanding of basic legal terms and relationships in presented legal branches.
