Course content
Interesting variants of data structures, their use and implementation. Basic problems and algorithms from the fields: graph theory, linear algebra, simple cryptography, number theory, classification. Slide custom solutions students talk.

The students become familiar with advanced concepts of seminar for bioinformatics.
