Course content
The following topics are lectured, in particular: physical principles of semiconductors, rectifier diode and other types of diodes used in electronics, bipolar and unipolar transistors, switching semiconductor parts and optoelectronic parts, circuits with discreet elements - rectifiers, doublers, multipliers and stabilizers of voltage, integrated circuits, operating multipliers, numerical circuits, logical components, semiconductor memories. The seminars cover the following topics: proposal of rectifiers and stabilizers, proposal of transistor multipliers and oscilators, proposal of integrated and numerical circuits.

Learning outcomes
Lectures: Semiconductors, diodes, tyristor, transistor, detector, amplifier, integrated circuits, logical elements, etc. Seminars: Rectifiers, transistors, flip-flop circuits, stabiliser outline.
Student will deepen and disseminate knowledge in the field of electronics.

Conditions for granting a credit: 1. participate in the exercises (you can individually change upon request). 2. successful completion of both tests. 3. Submission completed seminar work (rated satisfactory degree). ELECTRONICS-questions for the test: Part a. physical basics of semiconductors 1. basics of Jet theory, own and foreign semiconductors. 2. physical phenomena in semiconductors and the basic characteristics of the gradient transition characteristic current?voltage PN, PN and classification of transition of PN. 3. Semiconductor Diode, the stabilization diode, avalanche diode. 4. tunnel diode, varicap. 5. bipolar transistor and the base involving bipolárních transistors. 6. Dvoubázová diode, diak. 7. Thyristor, TRIAC. 8. Unipolar transistor. 9. radiation detectors and radiation sources. 10. Fotorezistory and a photodiode. 11. Fototranzistory and fototyristory. 12. electro luminescent display diodes. 13. lasers. 14. the light. 15. display unit. Part b. circuits with discrete components and integrated circuits. 1. a one-way rectifier and a two-way connection. 2. Zdvojovače and types of tension. 3. speed limiters. 4. circuits with transistors. 5. Transistor amplifiers and power amplifiers. 6. DC voltage Stabilizers. 7. the Oscillators. 8. Linear integrated circuits and special integrated circuits. 9. operational amplifiers, the essential involvement of operational amplifiers. 10. basic rules for the application of operational amplifiers. 11. Digital integrated circuits, logical members. 12. Multiplexory and demultiplexory. 13. Sequential logic circuits. 14. Tipping circuits, counters. 15. Semiconductor memory.
