Course content
To understand application of statistical engineering, operating research and scientific research techniques to plan, control and evaluate health care programs. Students would know quantitative methods in managerial decision, descriptive and inductive statistics, decision-making methods under the conditions of uncertainty, forecast methods, store administration and linear programming.

Learning outcomes
To understand how to apply statistical engineering, operating research and scientific research techniques to plan, control and evaluate health care programs. Students would know quantitative methods in managerial decision, descriptive and inductive statistics, decision-making methods under the conditions of uncertainty, forecast methods, store administration and linear programming.
After finishing the training students should be able to apply selected quantitative techniques to solve problems and situations that occur in planning, controlling and evaluating health programs. They will get the ability to perform planning and evaluating in organizations and also skills to introduce integrated controlling and planning systems in health care organizations.
Prerequisites
Students ought to have fundamental attainments in mathematics, statistics and computer technology at the secondary education level.
