Course content
The subject content is explanation of biophysical principles in physiological processes of human body (molecular biophysics, biophysics of cell and tissues), its function (biophysics of perception, organ biophysics) and its interaction with external environment with a focus on examination and measuring methods for a purpose of rehabilitation and physiotherapy.

  • Attendace - 30 hours per semester

Learning outcomes
The goal of the subject is explanation of biophysical principles in physiological processes of human body (molecular biophysics, biophysics of cell and tissues), its function (biophysics of perception, organ biophysics) and its interaction with external environment with a focus on examination and measuring methods for a purpose of rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
The students will be able to understand biophysical processes in human body and will be able to work with basic instrumental technique used for rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
Prerequisites
Students ought to have fundamental biology and physics attainments at the secondary education level.
